Airfix A02041A Hawker Typhoon Mk.Ib Aircraft

These small models are accurate and reasonably easy to assemble. I am getting on a bit so my eyes aren't as good as they used to be, but the models always turn out well. I like the smaller scale as they are easier to store when built unlike the larger scale models which are great but take up a lot of room.

Well it's cheap,however the parts are a nightmare to fit so if you are inexperienced then be aware,you will need to trim and fill with modelling putty and sand down to get rid of the gaps. You get what you pay for in modelling just like anything else.

Product looks on inspection 1st class. Unbuilt at this time, but convinced it will be excellent!

Lovely kit. The invasion stripes decals were easier to put on then I thought they would be. For under £10 in my view a bargain.

Model as expected

There was a piece cut out of the spru. I will finish this model knowing its not going to be up to scratch. Would have returned had i noticed. Delivery good and the rest of the model is very good. Disappointed so only 3 stars.

Abitacolo ben riprodotto, pannellature fini riprodotte in negativo, stampate pulite, decal per il cruscotto, ruote stampate con effetto peso, possibilità di lasciare aperto il vano armamento sulle ali. Mancano solo le cinture di sicurezza (sono stampate sul figurino del pilota), realizzabili facilmente riferendosi alle foto disponibili in rete. Ampia disponibilità di accessori in aftermarket, per chi volesse spingere ulteriormente il dettaglio. Come da titolo, per me questo modello presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
