ELEFT Ultra Thin Height Increase Insoles 1 Pair 1cm 2cm 3cm up Color Blue Black

I bought these back in October as I suffer from planter fasciitis and plantar fibromatosis and the podiatrist suggested work boots with a higher heel as I do a lot of walking at work. Not an easy thing to find. So I gave these a whirl and have found I seldom have to take pain killers for my feet now. I would suggest going half a size bigger in shoes with them.

Great little confidence boost! When cut properly they fit great. Worn all day to a wedding to balance out the height in photos when partner had heels. They did feel quite tight around the middle of the foot due to the inside height of the shoe I wore, and by the end of the day my feet were aching quite a bit. But this was with brand new hard leather shoes, so mileage will vary, but they did fit, and did the job well.

These are great and subtly added an inch to my height. Fitted UK size 10 mens Nike and Adidas trainers with no cutting required. Obviously the base of your heel is nearer the top of the shoe so could slip off but no problem with lace ups. Would not want to walk miles using them but no problem for an event, interview or date!

Arrived today & have them in my boots already & been walking all morning. They are very comfortable & the small amount of lift now makes it possible for me to walk in my flat heeled boots without tripping over or having leg pains. So thanks very much for this product.

I had a new pair of walking boots and they dug in at the ankle - having looked at ways to solve the problem I put a rolled up sock in the heels and it worked - no more rubbing, but this wasn't a long term solution so I found these and bought a pair of 1.5cm and they work perfect. Lovely and comfortable - they raise my heels just enough to the top of the boots miss my ankles. Would buy again next time although they look like they will last a long time.

I bought the best insole! I purchased three sizes of insoles. When I went out, all three were completely invisible, so no one knew, but they noticed extra confidence. This is definitely a game that changes the rules of the game. Very comfortable and high insole, very stable. The insole is very light. Very breathable. Wearing this increased insole will not be tired. The insole has no odor. Soft and not deformed. Comfortably fits the feet. The invisible increase is very good. Made of high quality materials. Worth the price and highly recommend them

Panicked a bit when it's too big to fit inside my shoes! But soon realised i could just adjust the size myself. Really Satisified with how it turned out and have to say it's super effective and comfortable to wear. This is suitable for men and women so is considering buying one for my husband as well?

The insoles were too large and so I had to cut them down. Problem is they are almost impossible to cut through so the best I could do was attempt to saw through them with a knife which obviously didn't come out with good results. Going in the bin.
