We call this mirror “the Hubble telescope”. In all honesty, it exceeded our expectations.

Great mirror!!! Definitely expensive but I think it’s worth the money.

I love everything about this mirror EXCEPT for the fact that it won’t tilt down. Mine sits on our bathroom counter and when I want to use it while seated, I have to tilt the entire stand. For the amount this costs, you’d think that would be a no brainer, but apparently not.

I literally have had 2 of these. The first sensor stopped reading my presence and going off at odd times about 6 months into the purchase. I tried everything the manufacturer recommended, and then sent it back to them. They sent me a new one, with a stern warning, that this was it in terms of replacement. This sensor lasted about 18 months, but the lights required that we plug it in after about a 12 month period. The quality of the lens is terrific and the structure of the mirror is great. The ability to adjust the lights to the particular time of day is super. If they had this quality of mirror that I could just turn on myself and turn off myself, I would buy it. The sensor is a mess. I would not buy this product again.

Had the lighted make up vanity pro mirror previously and it was great. Accidentally got broken and I needed a replacement. This mirror however has very very poor lighting. An expensive mistake.

I like this mirror so much better than all the Riki ones, and I’ve got both the personal size and Tall. No comparison as far as quality ,clarity, close view at head/chair level. This is an expensive purchase for a mirror but it’s probably the only mirror you’ll ever need !!

Quality of the mirror is excellent, sensor light is useful. Very stable & easy to flip to access x5 magnification. Different light colors are useful, small x10 section is efficient for good precision.

The price for a mirror OMG but this is no ordinary mirror. I never write reviews but this is absolutely fab, the three different sizes in one I use it for everything you do not need another (however I have also purchased the handbag version!! ). But you will never look back. Charge lasts a long time too. Well made as all Simplehuman products.

J'ai acheté ce miroir car je pensais vu le prix qu'il tiendrait ses promesse : imiter la lumière naturelle du soleil.Alors il éclaire bien, ça oui, mais non le rendu de la lumière n'est pas celui de la lumière du jour... Déjà eu des mauvaises surprises...Je me maquille tous les jours si je peux à la lumière naturelle du jour, car ça évite les mauvaises surprises de traces disgracieuses de fond de teint, un maquillage trop prononcé à certains endroits (blush...) ou pas assez estompé. Car la lumière artificielle pardonne toujours plus que la lumière naturelle du jour...Et a noter que j'ai parfois des problèmes de peau qu'il faut dissimuler !Problème : en hiver, difficile de se maquiller a la lumière du jour avec les impératifs horaires... Pour ça un miroir qui promet de la recréer, c'est hyper tentant !Mais non ça n'a rien à voir : les couleurs ressortent différemment, j'ai déjà eu des traces de correcteur sur des imperfections que j'avais camouflées (au miroir le correcteur était invisible, et quand la lumière du jour est arrivée, je me suis rendu compte que le correcteur était voyant et pas du tout estompé comme il fallait). Par ailleurs un rendu de teinte (fard à paupières) sympa sous la lumière du miroir, peut s'avérer pas sympa à la lumière naturelle.Je ne comprends pas les revues si positives... Un objet si cher devrait respecter ses promesse... Si c'est pour avoir un miroir et une lumière artificielle qui gomme les défauts qui se voient à la lumière du jour, c'est pas la peine de dépenser autant...J'ajouterais que les 2 miroirs grossissants sont pour moi complètement inutiles ! Quand je me maquille, je veux une vue d'ensemble pour voir si tout s'harmonise et si tout est symetrique, et je ne suis pas aveugle !!! Dommage que le miroir non grossissant soit en partie mangé par un miroir grossissant, il aurait mieux valu le mettre sur l'autre miroir grossissant derrière...Mais il est vrai qu'il est ergonomique, en dehors des mois de décembre et janvier, j'éteins la fonction lumière et l'utilise comme un miroir classique a la lumière naturelle du jour.Le chargeur fourni a un câble ridiculeusement petit et c'est du micro USB et non de l'USB C... Dommage.Bref, inutile de mettre 250 euros là dedans...

Der Spiegel kostet zwar mehr als andere, aber er ist diesen Preis auch wirklich wert. Er ist absolut top verarbeitet und er hat bei weitem nicht so starke Verzerrungen auf der Vergrößerungs- Seite wie andere Spiegel (wir hatten vorher mehrere andere bestellt, die wir aber alle wieder zurückgeschickt haben, weil sie uns überhaupt nicht gefallen haben).Anhand der klaren Spiegelung kann man auch sehen, dass es ein sehr hochwertiges Spiegelglas ist. Der äußere Spiegeldurchmesser ist 23,3 cm.Danach kommt ein umlaufender gleichmäßig beleuchteter Lichtstreifen und dann innen die eigentliche Spiegelfläche, welche einen Durchmesser von 20 cm hat. Er wiegt 1,7 kg.Der Spiegel steht sehr stabil und lässt sich an einem kleinem Pinn leichtgängig um die eigene Achse drehen, um zwischen den Seiten mit den unterschiedlichen Vergrößerungen zu wechseln. Zusätzlich kann man noch den Neigungswinkel verstellen.Den Pinn kann man drehen um zwischen gelber dunklerer Beleuchtung (Kerzenlicht-ähnlich) und weißer heller Beleuchtung umzuschalten.Zusätzlich kann man die Helligkeit verändern, indem man mit dem Finger über die Spiegelrückseite gleitet. Die verschiedenen Helligkeitsstufen lassen bei uns keine Wünsche offen, er kann auch um einiges heller eingestellt werden als die anderen, die wir zurückgeschickt haben.Wir haben ihn dauerhaft eingeschaltet. Die Beleuchtung wird dann hochgedimmt, sobald man sich dem Spiegel nähert und sobald man nicht mehr davor ist, runter gedimmt bis er aus ist (nach ca. 8 sek. halb gedimmt, nach ca. 15 sek. aus).Das funktioniert für uns optimal (im richtigen Augenblick an und aus). Wir hätten vorher nicht gedacht, dass dies so gut funktioniert.Bisher haben wir ihn einmal aufgeladen, als wir ihn bekommen haben. Der Ring leuchtet grün sobald er aufgeladen ist (sonst ist er aus). Wenn er wieder geladen werden muss, soll er rot leuchten. Dass ist nach bisher 21 Tagen Nutzung aber noch nicht der Fall.Wir nutzen ihn zu zweit. Zum Rausnehmen von Kontaktlinsen, Schminken, Rasieren. Ist für alles prima geeignet.Das hört sich alles vielleicht zu positiv an, ist aber auch so. Bis jetzt haben wir keinen Kritikpunkt und sind einfach froh, dass wir ihn trotz des Preises bestellt haben.Wir hoffen, dass wir hiermit helfen konnten. This almost-new mirror arrived on time and in very good condition. With multiple magnification choices and easy illumination control, this a very compact and usable makeup aid. The optical quality is exceptional.
