I have had elbow joint aches in the past couple of years. So whenever I did weight training, my elbow joints would be sore. After taking the collagen, they hurt significantly less. Usually, right after weight training, my elbows would hurt--not so much any more. I can't say I've noticed anything about my skin, etc., but I can definitely tell a difference in my joints. I had been taking another collagen that is sold on Amazon , but it was just too expensive. I was paying more for a 90 day supply than for this 180 day supply. The other product also had less collagen per serving. I definitely think this is a good value and a good product. I would recommend it to anyone, and I will probably start subscribing to it so that I don't run out. Update: I've been using this product for several months now. I DEFINITELY notice a difference in my nails. Prior to using it, my nails were so brittle and soft that they would just tear and snag, regardless of how short they were. For that reason, for years, I had artificial nails. When the pandemic hit and we were all at home, I removed my fake nails and realized that my own nails were really strong, stronger than ever before. I really credit this supplement for helping to build my nails up. Because my real nails are so much stronger, I no longer feel the need to have artificial nails.

I am very happy with this collagen supplement. It has helped reduce wrinkles and improve the strength of my nails and helped my hair and nails to grow.

I’ve had 2 meniscus surgeries. I have been taking turmeric to help the frequent pain. It helped some, but I hoped to alleviate the pain completely. Research led me to try collagen. Further research and Amazon reviews led me to try this product. Collagen, with these types included, reportedly helps gut health too. I read some reviews online that some had even lost some weight using this product. I can stand to lose some pounds too, plus improve my gut health. I realize that supplements generally take time to show results. I’ve only been taking this for about 5 days as of this writing. Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, but I do believe that my appetite is somewhat suppressed. I am not seeing anything yet with improvements in my knees, but I believe it is too early to see results there. This is 2025mg per serving; a lot higher than most I have seen advertised. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day with 8 ounces of juice or water. If this works as advertised, the price is not all that bad for the 2-month supply. The capsules are not too large (1 pictured atop a US Dime), and they are easy to swallow with no stomach issues. I am still learning about collagen and its benefits, so I will leave this review at that. I will update the review with any relevant information.

I have been using this product for a while now, works really well in relieving joint discomfort in my knees. I have tried many of those joint relief pills/juices over the years and none had worked, so I decided to give collagen a try. It's not an instant relief though, it took nearly 2 weeks of daily use before I noticed there was no more pain and discomfort, with the added bonus of stronger, quicker growing hair and fingernails, and softer, smoother skin! I feel these are a good value, large amount of pills (even though you need 3 a day) of a quality product at a reasonable price point. I have my husband using these as well.

I have been taking these for 6 months now. Started taking them because mu hair was falling out from gastric bypass surgery. After about a month my hair stopped falling out and it's getting thick again. I'm not sure if itnis helping with my joint pain, I certainly don't have the pain anymore. My skin and nails are doing good too. The only down fall I jave with them is that they are super big capsules and you have to take 3 at a time.

Giving three stars as I haven’t seen much improvement in my joints while taking this consistently every day since purchase (over a month now) except for some improvement in my facial skin and for my hair. I work in IT and use my phone frequently, which means my finger joints and wrists are prone to inflammation and pain. I am also experiencing likely genetic based deterioration in my knees, despite being only 32. I had hoped that taking this product would help with improving my joint discomfort but it was minimal if any. I did notice slight improvement to the glow of my skin on my face and the pace my hair is growing (and less hair fall) so that is why I am not rating this one star. The reason I know this specifically isn’t helping joints is because I stopped taking my other joint product, osteo bi-flex, a few months before starting this to see if it would help. My joint pain and stiffness was only alleviated once I began taking that other supplement again. Maybe they’ll work synergistically? Time will tell.

From a YouTube video (not about this brand), I learned that if one is over 60, we should drink 1 -2 tall glasses of water with a light amount of sea salt in it, with 9 grams of Collagen and a vitamin C supplement to hydrate and turn on cell regeneration and repair. I tried it by taking 6 capsules a day of this product which is only 4 grams. Collagen helps our bones, joints, facia, skin and hair. I was shocked when within maybe a half hour after doing this, the hip pain I had been trying to get rid of for 2 years went away. This has been true for 3 weeks. I ran out of this product and tried another one for a few days and my pain started to return. When I tried this brand again instead, it immediately took it away... lasting almost 24 hours till I take it again. How wonderful is that!
