This product is cheap and broke within 3 months of use.

Had this steamer two weeks. Easy put together. Has glass jar. Nice flow steam. However the steam does have a plastic smell which is not good. I hope it burns off with time. I will update in a month or two.

Fantastic!! Used this during Covid scare. It cleared our breathing and makes it so you can sleep easier. It’s a life saver. Wouldn’t be without this thing. No more dryness! We use Smart bottled water and it works great. It’s a work horse. Run it a few times out the window to get rid of factory residues before first use. Place it over my bed as sleep focused on the nose and forehead area. By the fifth run it is clear perfect steamed air.I wouldn’t recommend the ozone function as ozone is terrible for lungs.

Breaks down. As i love the steam its not a long lasting product. Unfortunately, breaks down in a month guaranteed.

I purchased this product back in May. It was working fine until mid service one of the switches just flew off along with the spring. I wasn’t able to put it back together. I called customer service, I emailed them and even spoke to a man where he said to send a photo of the product to him… and he’s never replied since. I know that there’s a 1 year warranty for this product, I’m trying to get it fixed or replaced before then but their customer service is trash.

It’s a nice steamer, the thing that I didn’t like about it is that it makes a clicking sound and it’s not a good thing when your doing someone’s facial.
