What form of B6 is in this please? Is it pyrodoxine hydrochloride or pyrodoxine phosphate?** A: The B6 is pyrodoxine I have taken this for a few years and consider it very good. **Q: How big are these please?** A: They are not very big just small capsule size. Got to love that! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Probably the best quality vitamins I've found *by G***K on 3 September 2019* I'm obsessed with finding the perfect forms or vitamins. I thought Together brand was the best (and they are excellent!) until I stumbled upon this brand who have stepped it up further. They seem to really understand nutrition. Their vitamin D supplement comes with K2 which shows that they understand the need for K2 to offset vitamin D toxicity. Also, they don't add ANY weird ingredients to bulk out their vitamins or any preservatives. This is more difficult to find than you think. Even some of the most premium brands (Cytoplan, again one of my favourites) can sometimes add billing agents. Their vitamins are food based and unlike Together they don't source vitamins from yeast extract - from what I can see - it seems they get it from buckwheat and other food sources. I'm really impressed and will buy from them again without a doubt.
