Does a great job!
We are using this 30 watt (equivalent to a 200 watt incandescent) PAR38 LED Spot Light bulb in a sealed fixture to light two flags at night. It has a tight beam angel so all the light is focused on the flags. We just might purchase another one for a spare to have on hand just in case. We are very pleased!

Bulbs cracked, one completely in half in approved recessed light fixture. Less than 2 years.
Bulbs started flickering with less than 2 years of use in a rarely used garage space. Installed in approved ceiling fixtures. I removed them to check why they were malfunctioning, only to find that 9 out of the twelve were cracked, one so bad it was completely in half. They were supposed to be still under warranty per seller, but the seller WILL NOT respond. Junk and dangerous.

Find something better and another vendor
Find something better, specially from another vendor. Too early to start flickering and further inspection revealed cracks in the plastic body and no warranty replacement after more than a week requested nor any news.

Bright and outdoor weather proof
Very bright and cover a large area, light is white instead of yellowish. Can sustain heavy rain and weather, did survive d reccent California rain storms.

Not 5000k as rated!
Claims to be 5000k, but is a far cry from that. Light is more like in the 3000k to 4000k range. Disappointing!

A bit pricey but you can’t go wrong with the mentioned bulb. This bulb is truly what I call Daylights!
