Makes installation so easy, but it's missing a couple of pins
I've bought this twice already, for two different installations in my '06 Element. If you have the Element with the separate amplifier, which I think is identified by having the subwoofer at the base of the console, then this harness will be missing the 2 pins that control the power to that amplifier. In that case, what I recommend is that you buy a 2nd Metra harness (just the blue harness) and then use a needle or pin to extract 2 of the smaller pins that you can then insert into the 1st harness for the remote switch (pins A3 and A14). That will allow you to avoid having to tap into the Honda wires directly. EDIT: The A3 and A14 pins that I mention above actually go to the steering wheel controls, not the control to the power amplifier. The mod that I describe above gives you access to the steering wheel control circuitry so that you can connect the 2 wires to your after-market steering wheel control box. For example, I currently use a Metra Axxess ASWC-1, but I previously used a PAC SWI-JACK.

Works as described
Worked as advertised for my 03 Honda Element EX with factory amp & 7 speakers. For my car I didnโt need the antenna connection. Hope this helps

No instructions.. hope you know what you're doing
NO INSTRUCTIONS WHAT SO EVER. This works with an Element with the factory audio amplifier BUTTTTTTT. NO 1. Instructions, so you know which RCA jack corresponds to which speaker (available on manufacturer's website) 2. Antenna adapter (sold separately) 3. SWC and XM wires/harnesses Included are a harness for the speakers and other important wires (power, ground, etc.), a subwoofer adapter (single RCA-style plug), and an adapter for the auxiliary jack (RCA-style plugs). Note that the online instructions have a mistake in them: the plug for the subwoofer is white, but the instructions say it's red. In case yours is a different color than mine, you can tell which one it is because it's the only single RCA plug. Finally, if your head unit has an 1/8" (3.5mm, headphone-style) rear aux input as opposed to RCA-style aux inputs, you will want a female RCA to male 1/8" adapter (stereo) to connect the factory aux. I recommend the wired style for flexibility, or just get a rigid connector and a headphone extension cable.

Ease of use
I installed this using a Double Din Kenwood Bluetooth Head Unit into my 2003 Honda Element EX with a 7 speaker system. Took my 20 minutes from start to finish. Didn't have to splice anything or use any extra wires or plugs. All speakers work and it sounds great. Thank you for a great product.

Retention wire harness for the sub of Honda Element 2010
After I install the plug I notice that I only needed the black one with one RCA plug to send sound to the sub of my Honda Element 2010. Works perfectly.

Great product!
I used this to install a 2003 Honda Element EX audio system (Radio/CD Player, Speakers, Tweeters, Subwoofer and Power Amp) into a 2005 Honda Element LX. It saved me a huge amount of work and simplified things greatly. 5 stars!

Works a Designed
Works as designed. Used on a 2010 Honda Element. No real need for Aux cable these days. Overpriced.
