First step worked!
I added batteries and it worked immediately. When my TV setup stopped working, I am glad I made getting a new $8 remote my first step.

Almost identical, great price
I bought the denon receiver a little over 3 years ago and one day found the remote wouldn’t work, tried every recommendation online to remedy the problem, but no luck. I’m careful with it and wasn’t due to drop or spill. I found replacing with original Denon remote was $67, ouch! Found this replacement that was almost identical and performed every function I needed and it was a little under $10. Happy with performance.

Works well, power button doesn't work for AVR-1712
Remote works well for my AVR-1712, minus one very important feature. The power button does not turn my receiver on or off. Other than that, the remote works well.

Excellent replacement for OEM
Was on the fence between this and an OEM remote but since my dog likes to chew on them i went with this one. It works just as well as the OEM remote and is much less expensive- if you’re on the fence just get this one - you won’t know the difference!

Easy to use, and it gets the job done.
This is the 2nd one I purchased, it works just like the original that came with the Denon receiver and it lasted 6 years of daily use for a fraction of the price. It is a GOOD REPLACEMENT .

Affordable Denon replacement
Hard to beat an OEM style sub 10 dollar remote. Controls my Denon 700 series receiver like it was an actual Denon remote. Can't get higher praise than that.

Missing Function
Although The product description indicates this remote is a replacement for Denon AVR-S700W, Nowhere does it mention the Bluetooth button is disabled. I’m OK with using devices that were already paired, but if you want to pair a new device, good luck - can't be done with this remote!! I wish this fact was disclosed, I would not have bought this remote! Very Irritating!

it is almost the same as the original, buttons are not all in the same order but it does all the functions I need very happy with it

Some functions on the original no longer worked - I.e. the setup button. This replacement works perfectly.
