Pretty amazing
Have used Zicam for years. Trick is you gotta start taking them at the slightest sign of a cold...usually a scratchy throat for me. And you need to be consistent on that first day just pounding away with the Zicam. If I do that it usually stops the cold from taking hold or it's a really mild cold that goes away quickly. I travel with Zicam wherever I go. Getting sick sucks as I use my voice for work and when I'm sick I have trouble talking. So I need all the help I can get to avoid that and Zicam is always my go to.

These really help me when I feel a cold/flu coming on. I think it helps the cold be more mild. This plus a days rest and maybe some nyquil really helps me recover quickly. The texture is a little gritty but taste isn't bad.
