Would this be a good replacement for school lanyards? School issued ones keep breaking.

It didn't come with the lanyard. I bought one at Wal-Mart.

Can you sublimate on these?

I can't be totally sure. My guess is that if it isn't too hot it might work.

Can this be used as a business card holder? How many cards can fit in one?

I do not believe so. You would only be able to place a few cards in it and it would be harder than I would want to get your business card out to give to someone.
