Accu Chek Softclix Lancing Lancet Device + 10 Lancets Bundle with Dia Wipes Finger Blood Wipes Accurate Test Results Check

I thought I had ordered the Accu Chek 'Plus' Lancing device to replace the one that I had lost but this is not the Plus which is my fault.The difference I noticed is that this one doesn't cock like the plus device does so when I added the lancet and went to cock it by depressing the click thingy at the end it didn't cock so I thought it was broken. There were no instructions with it and almost was going to return it thinking it was broken but decided to look up if there were instructions on how to use it and found a YouTube video on this particular lancing device and it turns out there's this little yellow button on the side that you depress that makes the lancet inject into your skin to do the prick. I don't like that feature at all and much prefer the Plus device where you only have that one button to cock it plus use the same cocking button to release the lancet but that doesn't apply to this device. So, had I not thought to look up on the Internet how to use this device I would have thought it was broken.Instructions with it would have been helpful.Also, I ding the delivery driver for not placing this package at my door like prior pkgs have been delivered. It was left at my condo bldg mail boxes and it was my neighbor who brought it to me. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't allow a customer to add any comments other than I could only select as feedback the 'driver mishandled the delivery'.

We have two type 1 diabetics in our family so having an extra lancing device is a must. This one will be a good back up! The settings are nice since it let's us do halves. The settings go 1•2•3•4• etc. This is a good feature since we all know sometimes a 3 won't quite get a good drop of blood but a 4 can feel too deep. My 6 year old appreciated the half markings! I would have like the lancer to come with instructions on initially putting it together since we haven't used this brand before but I got it figured out.I may have been most excited about the dia-wipes though! Having had diabetics in the family for so long I don't know why I hadn't thought to buy something like these. We prefer not to use alcohol since it's drying and can skew readings. These were great little alcohol free wipes that we can use before and after a blood test. These will be going in our test kit for sure for when we are out and about!

It’s not EXACTLY the same one I had, the color is a little off and the settings seem to be more sensitive than my old one, but it could be that my old one was just.... getting to a point where the number settings were getting jammed and not working properly. Otherwise, this has been my favorite lancing device out of all the ones I’d get in the kit (insurance would switch out my kit every year for some reason, but my doc allowed me to keep this particular lancing device and prescribe the accuchek softclix lancets despite having a completely different brand meter.

Received product with NO manufacturer's box and NO instructions of how to use the device, so I went to a pharmacist and I was shown how to use it. From the seller, I received the product in a small clear plastic bag. Thanks to the pharmacist, I was able to use the device. Product came with the items the seller said it would come with, but I'm really disappointed regarding NO box and NO instructions. The original device (same product) I purchased elsewhere, I broke because I didn't know how to open. Device is plastic but once you know how to use, the device should be fine.

Personally I had to buy some sort of equipment that draws blood quick so I bought one in Amazon and bought another one in CVS. To be honest, the one I bought in the CVS was much smaller and simpler than the one that this product offered. However, I still think this does its job well with a cheaper price and come on its Amazon. You get the product very next day at your place when I had to go out and walk 15 minutes just to get this equipment from CVS. In the end, it does its job perfectly and would recommend people who are just looking for a equipment that draws blood out!

Works just as expected. My other Accu Chek Softclix Lancing Device broke after a year's use. So I had to replace quickly. This seller shipped so fast made my head spin, I was able to use it 2 days after ordering it. I had used a device exactly like the one I ordered and didn't need instructions, but if you were a 1st time user you would have been in trouble, as there were no instructions included. This product works well 4 me. As a bonus i received an additional depth meter.

It’s a nice replacement but for some reason they hurt a little more than the one that came with the original kit. I don’t know if it comes out with more pressure but even after adjusting it to a lower setting the sting is quite a bit more. Otherwise it serves the purpose.

This lancet actually is less painful. I had purchased a different “comfort” brand to replace the one in my kit but still hated the stick. Glad I kept looking because this one actually hurts much less. Recommended.
