Reynolds Kitchens Pop-Up Parchment Paper Sheets, 30ct

I suppose there are several uses for these. I can only tell you mine. But, they ARE good ones! First....cookies! Metal baking sheets can be unforgiving if you're not an expert. These sheets help quite a bit. I promise, you'll have a lot fewer burned cookies if you put one of these on your baking sheet. And, INSTEAD of shortening! I've found the same situation for things that I put a coating on. Chicken and fish, for example. I come up with endless variations of breading and coating. A simple egg wash before rolling the meat around in your concoction will hold everything together. Again, you'll have fewer burning accidents. Best of all (well, maybe not "best," but a real positive) is how easy it makes cleanup. There are several variations for parchment products. This one's the best (I really mean "best" this time). There's just one fold down the center. You won't struggle when placing food on these. Oh, I've tried the others. Mainly because these can be difficult to find in grocery stores. I have no idea why. A box this size will last a very, very long time.

So many uses for these Parchment Paper Sheets. If you do a lot of baking, these are a must have. Very little waste and so many uses.

Just what I needed

Super convenient, though a little spendy. I use parchment paper for baking and hate tearing it off the big rolls. These are perfectly sized and so easy to grab from the pop-up box. You definitely pay for the convenience, and I’ll probably stick to a big roll for cost savings, but these are great when you want ease!

Love the size of these. I am using parchment paper more and more. For instance, I precook and freeze 2-4 lbs. of bacon all at once. Put the parchment paper on a cookie sheet, lay down bacon, back in the oven. When done, pull out and put another in. Cool on paper towels. Once cool, lay on plate until frozen, then put in a bag. Then you have bacon whenever you want for salads, BLTs, other dishes or whole slices. The parchment paper allows the fat to just cool and then throw away. Easy cleanup/

These are very high quality. They're much more convenient and easier to use than the rolls. We find lots of uses for these in our kitchen to keep things from sticking. They work great in the freezer too, to keep portions from sticking together.

I love how easy these are to grab and place on a baking tray. They save me time, especially when I’m in a hurry. They also make cleaning the baking trays so much easier since there’s much less mess left behind.

The parchment paper fits in my rectangular pan perfectly. No need to tear off excess

I love this pre cut parchment paper. It works great for baking cookies and fits the sheet pan perfectly! I usually use them 4-5 times in the oven (around 350 degrees) and then throw them out as they get a bit burnt. I would definitely buy them again.

Very happy with the sheets, the packaging could be better though
