A "Must Have" product for baby goats
Electrolyte is a "Must Have" for anyone bottle feeding baby goats and most livestock! Newbies can be very sensitive to change of diet. Changes in diet need to be gradual and if the change is rushed, the baby may develop Scours (diarrhea) which can be deadly. Should Scours occur in newbies, switch them to straight electrolyte formula for a couple of days, then gradually introduce the new liquid source over several days....ie: switching from goat or cow's milk to milk replacement formula - I Scours occur, Day 1 and 2: electrolyte. Day 3: 2/3 elect to 1/3 new formula. Day 4: 1/2 to 1/2. Day 5: 1/3 elect to 2/3 new formula Day 6: New formula.....Slow daily process, if necessary. (Probably more information than you need, but it is easy to lose newbies) Hope this helps, Jim

Wonderful Product
One of our does was having an exceptionally bad time this summer. She had kidded in March and was on the slender side. Her FAMACHA score was really low and the weather was brutally hot. Our vet put her on an iron supplement and we restricted her pasture time. We added Manna Pro Goat Electrolyte to her water. She guzzled that down in a hurry. We continued to give her this until she began to improve. I can't tell you how much she loved this product. I bought extra to have one hand. Great product.

Goat Electrolytes is worth its weight in gold
Please purchase through your local farm store. It is about 7$ a bag. Way cheaper then on Amazon. Have a blessed day.

Saved my dehydrated goat!
Really good to have on hand in the event of an emergency. Doesn't have to be dissolved in warm water; dissolves well in cold in a pinch.

Would you consume this?
Not a lot of ingredients I am pleased with and would not use on my 10-year-old Nigerian Dwarf girl. Gave it away to somebody who has two goats & don’t care what they give them. I’ve seen this a lot. If they don’t like to drink stick a hose in the side of their mouth & squirt five shots in The side of their mouth. Goats like to drink there urine. Got my goats 🐐 out of that habit since their pets.

Arrived Damaged
Product arrived in several large hard rock clumps in bag as if it has been in moisture or gotten wet. When broken apart it is still in smaller clumps and feels wet. From previous experience , when powder like this gets damp it is next to impossible to dissolve completely in water. Very unhappy with how it arrived and since I opened I won’t be able to return because even the seal to the bag is covered in clumpy powder not allowing it to be resealed.
