StrikeMaster Lithium 40V Lazer™ Ice Auger - 10"

This auger was a Christmas gift for my SIL and daughter who love ice fishing. They loved the gift and after using it sang its praises! The battery quickly charged; the auger worked smoothly & quickly cutting through thick Colorado high altitude ice; the battery stayed charged for the entire 7-hour outing; and best of all, there was no odor hanging in the ice fishing tent!

So far it has lived up to expectations. We bought it for my father (age 79) so he could have something lightweight & powerful. So far so good.

It's so fast n easy. Wasn't going to buy an electric auger my gas one works fine. Then when fishing I pull started n drilled a hole in the same time as the guy next to who drilled three holes, he had a new strike master.

Used it several times now. Works great. Can't believe I waited this long to buy one.

So far it works great. Drills fast. Only possible issue would be the plastic handles.

Once you try it, I promise you won’t touch a gas auger again. Many na-sayers talk smack about running out of battery life. I hole hop like no other some times 40-50 holes day, between myself and kids. I have never even came close to running the battery dead. I run a 10 inch blade(huge holes) and normally fish about 8-10 inches of ice.

No spilled gas in back of truck or car anymore, no worry about if I stored it on the proper side for oil to leak into carbs. No worry if its too cold for the auger to start, just push a button and its working. My Dad who would not go fishing for fear of running an Ice Auger by himself was a pro and loving it after the 1st hole. Guessing he will be fishing a lot more next season when I'm at work. : )

I love this ice auger as it is powerful and longlasting and cuts the holes so quickly.
