This works well, and is fast and easy to use. Very sharp! I was hoping the slices would be maybe twice as thick but I suppose I need a different tool for that. Anyway I still use it here and there, sometimes I use it for thicker cut Parmesan cheese.

Break out the bandaids! The Julienne slicer works fantastically. I myself had a bit of a learning curve using it to cut carrots from the garden Julienne style… as in when I was holding the carrot and using the peeler I stabbed the same thumb several times and yes the peeler is sharp enough to cut through skin easily and make you bleed. So now I use the awesome peeler and PRE-BANDAID my thumb.

Works as it should. Was smaller than I expected so if you have bigger hands I would be cautious. Other than that...it's OXO...what more is there is there to say!! 🤩

Very good blades, sharp as it should be... Hold the vegetables with a fork if you feel is dangerous for you... problem sorted! DO NOT press hard, just go with a lighter press/pull, and it will grate the veggies nicely...
