The only reason I have given this product 4 stars not 5 is because of the width of the product. I feel it could have been abit more and actually comfort the entire neck on the back and not just a fraction of it.Comfort is ok ish honestly since it doesn't feel like memory foam to me. I have memory foam mattress , memory foam in chairs and sofas as well in my room, so I know what it feels like. This feels like middle ground of soft foam and memory foam.Value for money I guess it's okay since it didn't hurt my pocket. Bought it for 1249.Conclusion; I would buy this again only if something better doesn't introduce into the Amazon market and trust me I have searched all pages when it comes to memory foam neck cushions for car. This appealed to me as per ratings and design so bought this one.
