Delivery was timely and the packaging first class. Connecting/installing was very easy and the user manual very helpful for a non-techie person. Since installing the sound box, there has been a distinct improvement to the sound quality from the TV however, the sound box does miss a display as you are never certain in which setting you are in and what the levels are. In addition, could not detect any difference in the sound when choosing between the Movie, Voice or Music options. The sound widening was also barely noticeable. Maybe I am being too critical or my hearing is not so sensitive to sound changes.
