I have taken 1 laxative per night for about that long (with GI approval) and I ama repeat purchaser is this product. No side effects - I will say for all those who end up with cramps and sweating....that’s your body trying to rid the junk in your intestines and colon. If there is a lot of blockage, you may need to take a few days in a row?
