I love cookie butter flavor but hate spending so much money at cafes. I got this to put in my coffee and It didn’t disappoint. I even made a protein coffee with this emulsion, coffee, pumpkin seed protein powder and a little agave. It was so simple and freaking DELICIOUS

I used this to flavor an Easter coconut cake, and it was delicious. It has a strong coconut flavor that did not evaporated like extracts. But I'm super picky, so would mark down to 4.5* because there is a hint of artificial flavor. Would buy again. I recommended to two guests who liked my cake and asked about the flavoring.

I would say this doesn’t really taste like cookie butter or Biscoff. It does have a pleasant taste though but it’s definitely more like a Christmassy cinnamon flavor or something. Seems good quality and should last me a long time!

Very pleased with end result! Cake & frosting had a lovely coconut flavor . At first I thought it was due to adding coconut milk to cake batter ,yet when I made frosting it was very noticeable the emulsion was the star! I would suggest not adding more then recommend to batter , with frosting I did full tsp verses the recipe which was only half . Looking forward to trying other flavors .

I love Lorann's Cookie Butter Emulsion! it is the closest test to Biscoff or anywhere Cookie Butter specious ou can find.So far only used to make Ninja Creams protein ice creamed frozen yogurt but I purchased a second because my first is practically gone. I'd absolutely use this for baking to knock down the large volume of calories in actual Cookie Buttery knocking it down to 1/3 the recipe. I only drink one iced latte daily but can tell by flavor this is a perfect syrup base and can remain sugar free/or with Laknto sweetener with a protein shake and a pinch of frothed milk!

I tried this in a strawberry cake recipe instead of just strawberry extract. It was a total gamechanger that really elevated the flavor of the cake and icing. It was a little more expensive than strawberry extract but it was totally worth it. I’m never going back.

Not sure how to rate this. The banana emulsion was awesome. The peanut butter was horrible. Zero peanut butter flavor in my opinion, even doubling it and adding PB2 to help it the second time. I really wanted to love that one. Back to the banana. Got pumpin spice too. It's pretty good for what I'm making. I would buy them again... sadly, minus the peanut butter. Blueberry was pretty awesome! Orange, oddly for me, is actually my favorite. Peppermint. 1 tiny drop in my coffee. Omg. It's fantastic.
