Day 1 per usual flow but my day 2 which is my most heaviest day wasn't so heavy. It changed my ENTIRE FLOW. Was it still heavy yes but not to the point that I needed period panties and changing it every 4 hours (yes that is how heavy it is) but rather a really good overnight pad was used throughout the day. Day 3 normally was heavy was again not as bad and the cramps which are usually unbearable were actually bearable. Day 4 was smooth sailing. I normally have a 7 day cycle. With taking this out cut down to 5 days. Shooketh I was. I also noticed the extra energy that came along with taking it. I am normally depleted of ALL energy during this time of month and I will say it was significant difference. Like I was able to clean the whole house different.
