This was a gift for my husband after he had to have his colon removed and it was perfect. If it was a little bigger, it would double as a neck pillow. It’s soft. This is made very well and durable but so soft.

I lost my colon after an emergency surgery. This was a thoughtful gift!

My daughter had her colon removed and we had a "no colon, still rollin'" party on the ten year anniversary of her surgery. This was such a hit! A fun way to make light of a very serious subject of colon illness/surgery. We are big on laughter being the best medicine and this surely gave everyone a few laughs! It was a bit smaller than I pictured but well made, silly, and made a great gift.

Bought this plush colon for my teenage son who has been in the hospital for the past two months with a severe flare of ulcerative colitis. Unfortunately, his GI team was unable to control his inflammation and induce remission. He had a total colectomy last week. Although the disease claimed my son's original colon, it can't touch this one! He now has a perfect pink colon of his very own, and it brings us smiles during this tough time in his life. A great gift for someone with unhealthy bowels but a healthy sense of humor!

First: I'm sorry that you're looking at this item - there are few reasons to look for items like this. However, thankfully there are items like this. I'm not sure everyone appreciates a plush like this, but it fit the bill perfectly for us and put smiles back where they should be. Its fairly soft and is easy to cuddle with: it's about the size of a teddy bear. It also doubles as a fantastic conversation piece.
