Great for POTS!
They are much better when cold, and of the other flavors, these taste the best that I’ve had. I also have POTS, so getting drinks that can increase my electrolytes if I’m starting to feel like I’ll pass out that don’t taste horrible has been rough.When I had the flu these were the only things that I could keep down, and have a very light taste. I love having them for backup in case I’m feeling sick or faint. I recommend it for all of my fellow spoonies!

Strawberry kiwi is the best flavor
As a POTS warrior these are 1 of my most grabbed electrolyte drinks! Its not too salty or sweet. Strawberry kiwi is my absolute favorite but have tried grape, orange, and fruit punch. Definitely a must if you need electrolytes daily!
