It's exactly what I wanted.. hence 5 stars. I bought this as my 'office/evening'..! phone case (usually I have the phone in a chunky ugly protective case). The 'back case' does look very smart, the phone clips in easily and feels secure. Its slim enough to be unobtrusive and provides adequate protection. I haven't had it long enough to comment on 'durability' but it looks like it would last. As for value that's subjective... expensive for a phone cover but it does look very nice.

I normally don't rave about a case. But I must rave about this one. First of all I am in love with the colour choice on my part. Love the texture which gives a little bot of a grip . Well made and snugs very nicely around your phone still being light and not adding much volume.For sure I recomend this case. I would go to say much nicer than original apple case. OK I hear it does not protect top and bottom as it is open case but you now what I dont care because it shows the beauty of the iphone 7. Well done Porter Riley.

Really nice texture and colour without giving my phone too much bulk. Do be aware that because it is leather it does scuff VERY easily but I personally like this as I think it gives it more character; I suppose this could be ‘fixed’ with some gentle leather care though.

A very nice case although a bit on the expensive side. The leather Damages and scratches easily, although probably not surprising as it’s a leather case.

This product only covers the back of the I phone,there is no protection for the screen at all.On delivery i thought half of the case was missing!Very overpriced for what it is.had this been a full case then the quality and value would have been acceptable,but for what is only half a case purchasers should think carefully

High quality leather and a perfect fit (SE models). Also lightweight and thin so doesn't make the phone feel bulky.

bought this for my partner at xmas, its a quality looking item and considerably cheaper than rip off apple products.She is very happy with it.

The case did not fit my iPhone 8. Sent it back cost £4. Still not received my refund

... und habe schon einige iPhone-Half-Cases und iPhone Book-Cover ausprobieren können. Die meisten Hüllen, Cases und Book-Cover taugen nichts. Den besten iPhone Schutz und die besten Accessoires (natürlich für fast alle Smartphones) gibt es meines Erachtens nach bei MediaDevil und Porter Riley. Aktuell habe ich ein iPhone 8, ein wahrer Handschmeichler, aber auch ein schmieriger Handentgleiter. Die aus Glas bestehende Rückseite des iPhone 8 sieht toll aus, ist aber derart glitschig/glatt, sodass es nur ein Frage der Zeit ist bis das Gerät zum Falltest bittet. Mein altes iPhone 6 fühlte sich in einem Apple Leder Half-Case besonders wohl. Das Apple Case hat aber den Nachteil, das die Tasten mit einer dünnen Lederschicht verdeckt sind wodurch die optimale Bedienung nicht immer gewährleistet ist. Diesen Nachteil macht sich das Porter Riley-Half-Case zu Nutze und lässt die außen liegenden Tasten einfach frei. Das Case ist aus echtem Leder und sieht in Schokoladenbraun einfach sensationell aus, riecht gut und passt sich dem iPhone 8 perfekt an. So passt das Smartphone auch noch in eine Hemdtasche und liegt rutschfest in der der Hand. Auch das Porter Riley Book-Cover ist fein, trägt aber für meine Belange etwas zu dick auf.

Exactly what I wanted. The fit was very snug the materials feel luxurious but there is nothing extra to get in the way of every day use. I dislike all the fuss and pockets and bands and sparkles that everyone Else seems drawn to. Compared to other less expensive Versions of the leather phone case I think this one holds up well. Number one thing that stands out above any others I've seen is that there is no plastic showing around the edge and the fit feels very sturdy. I would not say this is a whole lot of protection if you are really hard on your phone get an otter box but if do you want something stylish, this will do.

En realidad valoro mucho los artículos de piel y este me encanta, es verdad que la piel con la que está hecho es delgada pero es igual de delgada que el original de Apple, luce magnifica, llevo 2 semanas con él y la pátina que ha adquirido me parece hermosa, lo único malo que le veo es que en realidad no protege demasiado el teléfono, aunque en realidad tampoco el de Apple que me duro 2 años, espero que este dure lo mismo.
