Fantastic read for any therapist who is hands on.

A slightly out of date mindfullness book
I had to give up on this book. I am so busy that a book has to really grab me. Probably a good book if you are new to the body awareness concept. Most of the book is actually about four guided meditations that you can access online through the link. I have not accessed the link, though I probably will, given time, so I cannot comment on the meditations. Not much use if you do not follow the guided meditations. Probably a good text if you do. But I prefer the dearth of mindfullness stuff that is about. A deeper pool I think. I have given it 3 stars because this is an important area to write and read about.
