Exceeds all expectations. Adorable, well designed+implemented (attention to detail)
(Photos are after 3 month of near daily use.)I love this thermos. It’s a great size. Fits into my purse (that’s an iPad in the purse-compartment next to it - for purse-size reference). Holds the contents of my 18oz oversized coffee mug.It actually keeps my tea hot. (Haven’t used it for cold drinks, or coffee but shouldn’t be any different especially in the case of hot coffee vs. cot tea.)At the end of the day, 10-12 hours later, the tea that I poured on near-boiling in the morning is still warm - lukewarm going on 12 hours. But the first 6 or so, it’s proper hot tea. Also I’ve noticed when I keep the cap (that’s also the drinking cup) on, my tea remains properly hot longer. It’s easy to clean, came with the cleaning-wand pictured. Bottled water tastes excellent when drunk out of this thermos, no taste contamination (this is after 3 months near daily use).Concerning the reviews that say the picture rubbed off. First of all, even if it says it’s dishwasher safe - why you would put something like this in the dishwasher is beyond me. Items do occasionally get loose in the dishwasher and I can see how something unfortunate could happen to the cute little cat ears (which also stabilize the cup, conveniently, the four points - excellent design consent execution). Furthermore, unless a printed picture/image such as this is printed between layers (such as if this also, for some unnecessary reason, had a layer of clear plastic-like material covering it, and the print was on the inside of that - I’ve seen this with some particularly well thought out print-picture dishes, though I’d think that sort of implementation would have made this unnecessarily bulky, defeating half the purpose of this thermos) that printed-on picture is going to fade. How fast depends on how you care and especially wash the outside.Ideally, you should use a soft sponge (with similar consistency as the one that comes with it, or otherwise soft sponge with no “scrubbing” design-features) and gently application, washing by hand.Takes about 1 minute to do the inside and outside and the 2 covers, not counting the time I leave a stream of water running into the thermos to thoroughly and completely rinse any and all soap from the inside (takes longer to load it and unload it into the dishwasher).Do rinse the inside properly, both of whatever your drink was before washing with soap, and after washing with soap - if necessary, unsweetened tea for instance does not require anything more than a proper rinsing out with water.Make sure to dry properly, especially before storage, ideally between uses when possible.I find placing it into a dish-drying rack, or inside down on a towel, paper or cloth, in the absence of a dish-drying rack - does the job. Overnight when you actually manage to do your dishes before bed. Towel drying between uses when there’s not enough time to air dry works perfectly. Obviously not the inside, just drain any water left over from washing. Do, at minimal, rinse between uses, even if it’s just more of the same drink going in right away.Concerning water getting stuck inside the insulation and the rubber circular pad at the bottom that comes off. It’s supposed to do that! The rubber pad (which also contributes to the thermoses stability when left standing, and it not scratching up any surface it’s placed on), comes of easily when specifically pulled of so that you can easily drain - and leave to air dry when necessary, stood upright in this case - any water that may get inside the insulation. As for why those holes are there in the first place, and aren’t you just wishing you hadn’t slept through science-class ^_^*, those holes being there are part of the insulation process, and add hours to the overall time your beverage remains hot (trust you don’t want the physics of why this is so, I’m rambling enough in my reviews as it is ... ^_^...)So take care of your things, and they’ll last and function as intended. This applies to cute little cat thermoses as much as to designer (or not) clothing as much as to your car as much as to anything.I’m looking to get the large (fat blue cat) thermos like this for when I want more that one 18oz cup. (My only possible complaint, which would be a ridiculous expectation of something compact, is that my round ball tea-strainer doesn’t fit in the opening - they’re about the same size. - which is another reason I want to get the large one, for when I want to brew my tea directly in my thermos.)This lives up to all of the claims in the product description, it is as pictured if not nicer. It’s durable, easy to clean. The price is less that I would expect from a product of such quality and smart design. Adorable kitty-cat with ears!!! And it works as a proper thermos should! Not just a container for your liquids, it keeps them at temperature.Oh and it doesn’t leak. Even without the top cap on, held upside-down full of liquid (see photos). With the cap on, you’re fine even if you didn’t screw the inner cover on as thoroughly as you should have (made that mistake a couple of times, a bit of a mess when you open the cap-cup, but water-tight enough that I hadn’t realized I didn’t seal the inner part fully - as it was tipped over in my purse, then on the floor of my car, and nothing spilled either time.).It does fit nicely into my car cup holders, (not the floating ones, it’s be too heavy with the liquid - I’d think).I’m sure there’s more.

Cute thermos keeps items warm for about 6 hours
This cute thermos that my partner got me over Christmas keeps things hot for about six hours. I haven't seen yet where it'll keep my coffee warm up to 8 hours. Overall, a cute purchase, but the thermos isn't as good as the studier thermoses out there.
