No improvement in four weeks.
I was hoping this would help with back pain as other reviews in the media were very good. I have purchased two packs and taken for four weeks but have seen no difference to my pain yet. As they are expensive unless you go for the subscription I have decided to try another brand which is a little cheaper and has a higher content of curcumin. I was impressed with the speedy delivery, the packaging and the information on the packet but I am not sure how long you need to take before noticing a difference and for me they are just too expensive to keep taking on the off chance they may help.
