Great for chipá (cheese bread)
Bought to make chipá. Used almost the whole bag and I ended up making about 40. Worked great, and everyone loved it.

Perfect for Brazilian Cheese Bread & More!
I've always used yuca/tapioca starch to thicken soups and stews but they stopped carrying it locally. Now that i have to reduce my gluten and wheat intake, I'll be making Brazilian Cheese Bread, and so glad that the Goya Store is on Amazon. They packaged the bag perfectly and safely and also want to thank them for the free candy samples. I'll be back!

You'll Need This for Gluten Free Baking
I've never heard this called Yuca Flour before. I've always referred to it as just Tapioca Flour. But, whatever you call it, it's pretty much a mainstay in gluten free baking. I have tried substituting other gluten free flours, when I was out of tapioca flout, but it just works better in some recipes. I've been gluten free about 15 years and I have a ton of food allergies, so I pretty much have a mini store full of all kinds of alternitive flours and I make (grind) some of my own flours. I can honestly tell you that this is not the best tapioca flour that I have purchased, but it's good and it's a good price, so I frequently purchase it. This will work as well as any, especially if you mix your flours. There are some good gluten free flour blends, but it's a whole lot cheaper if you make your own blend & you'll get a satisfaction out of it. There are several good flour recipes on the internet. Here's a tip I came across recently. If you're not lactose intolerant, try putting a small amount of dried milk in your flour blend. You'll see it really helps the taste of your baked goods. Anyway, I do recommend this for an ingredient you'll sometimes need and the price is right. Thank you for reading my review.
