Great Product, Great Price, Hope they last forever!
I blindly ordered these off my mom's Prime account. They showed up on a Sunday at 2:30 which was incredible. After opening the box, I examined each of the cables and found a small tear in the rubber casing. This was the only bad thing I noticed, but it wasn't something a little electrical tape couldn't fix. I tested all the strips and each of the light settings. All were good and the music settings are fun. Putting these on a Jeep had it's pros and cons. Wiring it was easy because the drainage holes in the body allowed me to easily run the wires. It was difficult to find places for the front and rear LED strips because of the after market bumpers on my Jeep. My method was to use the 3M strips on the back of the LED strips to mount them to the driver and passenger sides. Of course I had to clean the the mud off the body first. Then, I used the given zip ties to mount the led strips to the insides of my steel bumpers. This was affective and it seems like it will hold. I tested the hold of the strips by going different speeds and driving on bumpy roads. The strips stayed in place. I'm not quite sure how long the 3M strips will hold. They seem like they will be okay for a year or so and then need a new adhesive. If the adhesive goes bad and the product is still in great condition at the time, I will most likely super glue them to where I have the mounted. Overall, a great addition to the Jeep. I can match my headlights with red underflow or mix and any color as I please. Turns even more heads than before.

Cheap but good.
Let me make this perfectly clear, These are a pain in the a** to install. They come with no method of installing the bars and unless you want to do some crazy wiring you will have wires everywhere. Other negatives are they have no way of daisy chaining the bars so unless you want to put the box in the middle of the car you will have to extend the wires. The remote sucks, it has a horrible range and it is made of cheap plastic so if it does break your screwed because you have no way of hard wiring even an on/of switch. I actually ended up just soldering the 2 antennas together. So why was my rating so high? The wires are made of copper so making adjustments to them is fairly easy even if you don't know how to solder. The bars them selves work well and are quite robust. The remote does work and because I mounted it and the power box inside the car it has a lot less chance of breaking. Even though it took a long time to install and everything other than the bars appears to be cheap they work quite well as long as you are quite careful to do a good job installing them. And the best part about these and the main reason they get 5 stars is that they are very cheap.

On mini toy hauler trailer
I have a custom mini toy hauler trailer and wired these lights under the awning and the overhang door. Wiring harness comes with a cigarette style plug or you can hard wire to a battery. They are very easy to install, but I did have to buy a few extension wires that allowed me to run the wires to the positions I wanted. If you’re placing them under a vehicle or in a truck bed you should be ok with the wires included. I needed to wire mine high on the trailer so needed a little more length. The remote works well and not that it’s needed but it works from a good distance away. My only worry is what happens if I lose that remote. Colors look great and are bright for my need. My favorite part is the dimmer on the remote. You can turn them down pretty low which is great when your out camping and it’s pitch black out. Great buy. Well worth the money.

Looks Amazing! Remote is a little flakey
These lights were very easy to install. I did have to drill a hole through the firewall and plug it with a grommet on my '94 Wrangler. The adhesive is very strong and holds the LED strips in place without worry. The strips are enclosed and sealed in a weather/water safe conduit to ensure long life. The cabling is strong and flexible. The only issue I have is with the remote. It worked great on the first days, but after a week or so, the buttons became intermittent and have to be pressed in just the right spot to work. Maybe a new/better battery will take care of this issue - update to follow.

A+
Cheap and nice. The only thing I don't like is that the led lights were not word sequentially so you have to run each wire separately.

Horrible quality. First of all
Horrible quality. First of all, the instructions mention hooking two wires to the battery, but there are three wires (two which are red). What are you supposed to do with the third one? Whoever wrote this does not have a clear understanding of English, grammar, and technical writing. Another thing, the lines are not long enough to reach both, the front or rear end of the car, depending on where you will mount this. I have seen videos of people having to solder extensions, but I didn’t want to go that rout and figured I would check my local electronics store to see if any extensions were available, there were not. I will have to find a solution to overcome this which means poor engineering. Next, upon testing, I noticed one of the LED strips would not light up unless I twisted the wires at a certain angle, which indicates a short circuit. I then decided to open it up because I am a qualified technician, I immediately notice solder overrun on one of the contacts, touching the contact next to it, and also one of the wires is broken. This means poor quality. I do not trust this equipment will last long, given all the problems I have encountered thus far. And even though I will fix this stuff to my satisfaction, it’s unlikely anyone else would want to go through all this trouble. So yeah, it’s a cheap item, and I suppose, you get what you pay for. With that said, BUYER BEWARE. Lastly, it’s a shame of what Amazon is becoming. It’s becoming a hub for, likely, foreign products with no regard to quality. Yes, the prices are low, but at what cost?? Stay away from this kit.

Good Price and Good Quality
I bought 2 of these, 1 for me and 1 for a friend. Both of them are treating us well. These are very bright and they don’t feel or look cheap at all especially for the price! They hold up well for underbody washes in the car wash. It took a while to wire it up completely because all I used was a few zip ties where I could and mostly glue under my car. My small 4 door Camry was long enough to require a few feet of splicing for the rear LED bar, so I urge everyone reading this to get the 6 ft extension to be safe! I’ve never ran into any problems with these whatsoever, but I live in a small agricultural town so lots of mud cakes itself on the underside of the vehicle. I’ve just been wiping all 4 bars with a wet rag and the dirt comes right off. Hopefully they don’t get damaged from all the debris, if they do I will report back! The remote is very nice. You can change the brightness or speed if you’re on a mode. These things are great and the bars stick well to a smooth surface. 10/10 would recommend!!

Impossible to install
Was trying to install in a Subaru Forester. After about 4 hours I determined it to be impossible. Maybe a pro could do it. the instructions say the control box is NOT water proof and must be installed in the cabin. The box is about the size of half a deck of cards. Connected to one end of the box is the power connector. On the other side is the connector bundle that splits into the 4 cables for each set of lights. Which means somehow either the box or the wiring bundle needs to go through a pass-through in the cars firewall. On my vehicle there was one accessible pass through. It was very difficult to get to and there was a large rubber grommet I’d have to remove first. At that point I gave up. I was able to thread a single wire which I was planning to connect to a switch and ultimately to the lighting kit. So just be aware, maybe check your car first to make sure there is an easy pathway to installing this. I feel some small changes to the design of the wiring could make this much easier to install. But I guess you can’t expect too much for one of these lower end kits. I did turn in on using the lighter plug and was really looking forward to it. The lights were bright and I liked the RF remote and not having to install a phone app.
