This is a great little filter/dryer! I purchased this air dryer for use with an old 3-gallon horizontal air compressor that a friend gifted to me, and which I use for low-flow applications. Rather than installing the dryer right at the tool, where if would increase the overall size of the tool and could be snagged, or be subject to the weight of the hose, I installed it at the compressor outlet quick coupler, where it is out of the way and not subject to excessive pulling. When I'm done with the task I simply rotate the dryer around so that the drain button is at the low end and press the button to expel the condensate. Quick, easy, totally effective, and great value.

The first filter worked well but there must have been a manufacturing defect because it blew apart after a few weeks. I run a 135 psi mcgraw compressor from harbor freight and the filter is rated to 150 psi. The air is very humid where i live and the filter kept a lot of water out of the line. I contacted the manufacturer and his first question was if anyone was hurt. Luckily no one was near the compressor. He proceeded to refund my money and overnighted a new filter to me. Great service!

I always use upstream oil-water filters but nonetheless I believe this did an awesome job on any that might have formed in the line as I did three panels in Texas humidity and no water issues

Very good item. I used as the last step of water entrapment in my air compressor system. It worked great.

No air levels

Leak at point between air release button and body of unit. Both ordered at different times. First one appears to be great, installed with ease, no leaks and does a good job eliminating moisture. Second unit leaks to the point that it is unusable. Unfortunately the bad unit sat on my desk for too long, and wasn't returnable. I hope the company makes it right. Only 50% worked. Not satisfactory at all. UPDATE - I was contacted by the seller who will replace the defective unit. Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars due to sellers response. After install will update review if necessary. Exemplary Customer Service. The company was quick to make things right. Cannot say enough for them. Used on two compressors. Both units in a 1800 sq ft shop, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Both work just fine. If your looking to keep your airtools and plasma cutter running smooth, keep your air clean. This review is for LE LEMATEC Air Compressor Water Separator AI303. The first thing I noticed about this device after receiving it is that it is more annoying to connect than it should be. They have the fittings reverse of what they should be. I had to use adapters on both ends, making this device longer than it needs to be. I also noticed that it leaks air out of the drain valve. It is an inexpensive item, so I wasn't really expecting much out of this. I can't tell if the device is working or not. I've only used it a little bit so far. The most common thing I use my air compressor for is keeping my car's tires at the right pressure, and on rare occasions, I will use for a project around the house. I haven't decided if I am going to return this or exchange it yet.
