Great customer service and good scope
This really is an amazing deal! While trying to compare the different AmScope microscopes I was able to chat online with one of the representatives from their site. He was extremely helpful and recommended this set for my 9-year old. He said that this upgrade (a step up from the slightly cheaper model) was way worth the small price difference. We are extremely happy with it and look forward to later purchasing a camera in order to connect it to a computer monitor. He also said that the camera that comes with some of the packages was not really worth the money. Better to save up and buy a better one later. If in doubt, I highly recommend that you chat with their customer service agents.

Book Not Provided in kit as stated!!
The Microscope seems to be as expected but "No Book was delivered with the package"!?! Expected to receive the "The World of the Microscope book" as stated in the package but no book came in the packaging. This is very disappointing due to this being a gift for daughter's birthday this weekend.
