Q: I used to use ponds dreamflower talc in the 1960s. does it still smell the same?

I ordered this hoping it would be the same as I remembered from the 60s. It is not the same fragrance.

Q: Does it have a strong smell?

Yes, in a good way. Not too strong either.

Q: What is the color of the powder ?Is it pure white or pinkish white?

It is pure white like talcum powder. No color. but it has a lovely smell.
