I used this item as soon as it arrived just to see if it would work for me.Well, it worked perfectly. Ladies I am a plus sized woman and when using this item, youmust hold the item upright,place the opening close to urethra, press down on it lightly to avoidleakage and it will work perfectly. Great item.
