This is the perfect mat for kneading bread dough. It washes up nicely and is easy to roll up and store away.

Exactly what I was looking for. It is small so it is much easier to hand wash and rinse off than a larger mat. Rolls up easily to store. Stays in place while you roll out your dough. Great price.

This was purchased as a gift, and the only issue I had with it is that I didn't notice that it is smaller than the one I have. The largest circle is smaller than the one on mine, so I don't think it's big enough to go up the sides of a deep pie dish and to have enough dough left to crimp.

If you have never used a silicone mat for baking, you are missing out on one of the greatest inventions to make cookie making and bread making simple. The silicone mat is used to keep the bottoms of the cookies and bread from getting overdone while the top is still baking.It is an item with which we use every time. It is an item which we use every time my wife is cooking. The cooking of the item is always even throughout and there is no necessity to put a pan underneath the cookie sheet that you are using to try and keep the temperature from burning the bottom. Great invention and inexpensive price.

Love this mat! No longer have to get the ruler out to measure rolled out dough etc. it stays in place, good thickness and lots of options printed on the mat for pies and other baking creations. Cleans up perfectly and rolls up for easy storage.
