Sometimes you need little help with removing a splinter or nasty object from a wound and a touch of this will help With 20% benzocaine it’s highest amount of numbing available over the counter

Took away some of the pain for a few hours. I don’t know if it help heal it but a few hours pain free is worth it for me.
