Great supplement
I had no side effects at all from this supplement. It can be hard to know if a supplement is working (at least for me) but my research shows that this is an excellent supplement to deal with stress and to help related to stress with weight loss. I feel more energetic since starting it and I think that my memory is also a bit better. My weight loss has continued to be 1-2 pounds a week (no increase) but then again, no gaining weight even though I had to stop working out due to bronchitis.

Good for brain fog
I’d suggest two gel caps a day for a couple of months, or until you notice a difference. Then taper down to one a day. Good product, works well.

Great delivery mechanism for P-S
I used to take a powdered version of Phosphatidyl Serine, which I'm sure was superior, but after only three or four uses, it would clump together and be nearly impossible to dose out. These softgels are perfect! I will have to let you know about what the memory improvements are. I'm still working on that! Till then, I do recommend this product.

Works to aid in concentration
Tried many things to aid in focus and concentration. This works for me with no side effects. Many other Pharma offerings produced side effects in me. I do training and consulting in statistics and complex processes and can get burn out. I also do a lot of work at home and lose concentration. This product tackles both.
