makes odd sounds
these things burn up constantly in these 06-10 civics and I have been hunting a better aftermarket door lock than the oem part that lasts 2-3 years. So far I have tried standard motor, honda, another amazon generic and none last. This one made funny sounds after use for the first couple weeks, seems to have stopped now, fitment was good, it lined up correctly with the holes for the fasteners. Time will tell, will try to update in about a year.
