Glad they are available on Amazon
I purchased these back when you had to join Life Extension to order - they are good quality, and I like the company. Glad I can get them more easily here.

So far so good
I have read a lot of reviews about the smell. To me it smells like flintstone vitamins. The pill is pretty big, but I found it easy to take with plenty of water. So far so good. Oh I did not experience nausea or an upset stomach.

great multivitamin
I was looking for a methylated multi vitamin that wasn’t going to break the bank to add to my supplements. it is a larger pill (see picture next to a quarter), so if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, this may not be the one for you. It also has a pretty strong taste of a multivitamin, but I don’t mind the taste, and is what I would expect from a high quality vitamin.

Good Multivitimin But Smells and Tastes So Bad
I have no doubt that this is a good multivitamin, however, between the HORRIBLE smell, taste, and size of the tablets, I'm lucky if I can get one down without gagging, which just makes the smell/taste even worse. A coating on the tablets would really make a big difference. But yeah, unfortunately I don't think I'll be getting more after I finish this bottle. The nasty gag inducing smell/taste just isn't worth it.

Best ONE A DAY have used do date
This is the FIRST One-A-Day that I can genuinely say ...is extremely effective. I notice it when I miss my dose. Highly Recommend.

On repeat delivery, no iron is a plus, quality
Wonderful vitamin for those like me who can't have a vitamin with iron in it (i have hemacromatosis which causes me to store excess iron) it's hard to find quality vitamins without. It does taste like a multivitamin so don't be suprised and does have a pungent odor. I take these daily and they help alot. Dont be suprised when the b-12 makes your pee bright yellow though it just means you absorbed as much as you could and excreted the rest.

My Current Overall Preference for a Multivitamin
I like that this vitamin contains the methylcobalamin form of B12 instead of cyanocobalamin. I also prefer these One-Per-Day multivitamins over the Two-Per-Day multivitamins from Life Extension because these cover many bases in one pill. These are my preferred multi lately because of their decent price point and overall inclusion of things such as iodine. I usually take them around mealtime and they don’t seem to upset my stomach.

Excessive B6 supplimentation is toxic!
I bought this b complex several times over a period of time. As I sit here unable to walk, with buzzing ears, skyrocking pulse, I am convicted to let people know what excessive b6 can do to your body, to some in a very short period of time with some that are actually lower b6 in the product. This product, because of the excessive b6 content, contributed to my current health crisis. This is a growing concern and the USA is always behind in addressing problems. Please, before taking any suppliment that contains excessive b6, get your b6 blood tested to see if you are even deficient in this vitamin that is readily sufficient in our diet. Yes there are 2 types of b6, p5p and pyridoxine. It doesn't matter, if you have a problem, you have a major issue that over a lot of time, you may or may not completely heal from. Excessive B6 is poison. The vitamin manufacters all do it. It is water soluble but stays in your tissues and muscles and destroys your nervous system. Please avoid supplimentation with high b6. Search B6 toxcitity for more information.
