Dunlop Deluxe Bass Guitar Stringwinder

Dunlop products are always of good quality and do the job well. I just struggled through changing bass strings for years, then I saw this while perusing Amazon looking for other things and added it to my cart, and glad I did. Winder is good quality plastic and works like a charm. Didn't go looking for a better deal so not sure how this winder price rates with others, but this one is well worth the cost. A+++

fit my big fender keys just right, good quality attach point should last for quite some time, have used others where broke loose at the attachment, fits good in the hand when string up large enough grip area and no edges like some others, smooth finger grip makes it much more comfortable especially when doing twelve strings. great item, great price, great quality, completely satisfied with this purchase

Works like a charm! I tested this on my Sterling, Fender and Ric basses and it fits all keys with a little room to spare. Feels well made - plastic, but thick and sturdy.TIP: to avoid getting scratches and/or residue on the knob, place a little cloth over the knob then insert the winder over it.

The knob hole on this tuner is large and clearly designed for Fender knobs which are significantly larger than most others. It works on my Schecter basses but is loose and clumsy. Still a great time saver. Just need to take it easy and a little slower when using with smaller tuning knobs. It does seem well built and I expect it to last based on build quality.
