Quality product that's easy on stomachs

Love The Nature Made brand
I’m not sure if it helped lower my cholesterol since I was using it off and on, but I like nature made products and they are normally good for whatever you purchased them for. I purchased this product because it had good reviews, sorry I couldn’t help you but just so you know I would purchase again and use them as directed.

Cholerstol off ...It made my tongue burn for a few minutes. I will try again tomorrow..too early to tell if it helps. The doctor put me on stattins! Nope. I read the book stattins the great myth. Even on the box it says it does not stop you from getting a heart attack or stroke, so why take them? I am trying this route first. If the levels go down then I will say I didnt take them if they go up I will say it must be genetics! I ask the doctor what are the side effects of stattins. He had no idea! I ask if it give migraines he said he had not heard of any. Yep first side effect is Migraines. I get migraines all the time.
