Easy to fit and it works well straight out of the box. I filled it with some original carex and the preset amount is just fine. The kids love it but if you pull your hand away too soon some of the carex ends up below. A small tray or tissue soon fixes this.

Fast delivery. Item as described. Very massive built. Good quality. Easy to install. Set up of pump and amount of soap easy done with just pressing a button. 6 AA batteries (not included in package) necessary to work pump. Sensor reacts very quickly and accurate. Amount of soap is good applied. how long the battery lasts is not known for me at the moment

Why did you choose this product over others?: One star knocked off as one of the four purchased has failed and it’s not the batteries.

Looks smart and works OK

I purchased this item (AK1205E) at the end of August 2025, and a few days later bought a similar AK1216. They both appear to have the same mechanism. by mid December, the AK1205E has started to make a loud noise when operating. By later in January 26, after being away quite a bit from home (so not using the device), the device had got so loud that I raised the issue with AIKE customer support, having measured the noise level at 93dBel. After asking (reasonably) that I provide further information, including a video, AIKE responded that the device was functioning normally, and offering me a refund of 10% of the original cost. However, by mid February (2026), the device was even louder - I measured the sound level close up to be 103dBel. (For comparison, 100dBel is the level of noise of a chainsaw close by, and would require ear protectors to avoid hearing damage if used for long periods of time!). AIKE customer service never responded to my further complaint , so I got an Amazon refund as the dispenser was not fit for purpose. My AK1216 is working normally, so, if you buy one of these dispensers, you *might* be lucky and not get any problems - but I could not recommend them

Very pleased at the build quality of this soap dispenser. Programmable amount of soap dispensed. I find level 2 is adequate for hand washing and means less waste of liquid soap used Very reliable so far and easy to refill when required Maybe a little more expensive than other soap dispensers but you are paying for the quality!

Das Gerät sieht gut aus, hat einen großen Tank und funktioniert einwandfrei und zuverlässig. Es wird nicht durch Sonneneinstrahlung gestört/ausgelöst wie viele Billiggeräte und man kann es auch relativ dicht über dem Waschbecken installieren (ich habe nur 16 cm Platz unter dem Gerät). Die gewünschte Dosiermenge lässt sich mit den 5 Stufen sehr präzise und für jede Vorliebe (sehr viel oder sehr wenig Seife) einstellen. Ein rundum zu empfehlendes Gerät! Für gewerblichen Einsatz ließe es sich sogar festschrauben und verschließen.

Love love love this dispenser. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews, but decided to try it anyway. I’m so glad I did. If you follow the instructions about placement, you shouldn’t have a problem. I use it every day and not one problem. It was easy to install. I got it in white because that is my color scheme. I wanted it to blend instead of sticking out in my power room. It does.
