At Rs 599 (lightning deal), I could not have asked for more !!!
Review after 40 hrs of music playback. Rock / Hip hop / Accoustic covers / Indiepop / Bollywood. This product appeared as a random suggestion on my Amazon homepage and I wanted to check what 40 odd buyers had to say about the product. Priced at Rs 599 I went to give it a try especially given the following reasons:Products USP: - Detachable cords (this feature is available only in expensive versions of good brands). Look at Audio Technica / Senhiezer product line-up. Meaning no more throwing your headphone cos the cord is damaged. - The detachable cord also allows connecting a bluetooth receiver to make the headphone a wireless version. Check for the pencil size bluetooth receivers for just Rs 1000. Just insert them in the headphone jack on ear cups. - This also means that unlike many other BT headphones (which have to be either thrown in dustbin after the battery dies or go through expensive battery replacement, provided the Vendor supports battery replacement), with this you can just replace the bluetooth receiver and get going with existing headphone. - The wire is rugged and I think it will last long. - It is super light. At just 150+gms, I have used it for continuously 4+ hours without any discomfort. Additionally the clamping force is just about right for my head / ears. - It looks very premium.....I mean VERY PREMIUM...much above its mrp. The entire things has a rubberized finish which adds to the look and feel. - The ear cups can be folded by 180 degree to carry them in cases (case not included). The bad: - There are no screws on headband or joints, meaning if you manage to crack the plastic, you literally have to throw it away. - Very minimal cushioning on headband. - The headband may not fit on taller heads. Meaning the headband arch is not really a half circle, somewhat flattish. - I don't know the impedence of this headphone, but they appear to be power hungry. With smartphones, they will sound just about 'ok', but if you want to really unleash the potential of these headphones then you have to use an amp / connect them to good quality dac / laptop with good audio components.Sound: - The sound signature is skewed towards bass heavy heads. However vocals/mid range are not compromised. Nice detailed mid range. High end / treble may not impress you though. Cranking the treble too much using equalizer will make it sound worse. - Low end till 30hz and highs till 14500 khz (tested). - If you are listening to songs from local storage then fiddling with the equilizer can tone down the bass to your liking. - The sound stage is pretty wide and sufficient to disperse the bass rather then hard hit your ears. - The headset is pretty 'revealing'. Meaning if you have poor quality mp3 (below 320 kbps) or songs which are poorly recorded, then they are going to sound terrible on this headphone. But jack it with 320kbps and above using a amp/external dac / laptop and God you will be really surprised with its performance. Conclusion: I purchased it for Rs 599 (lightning deal) and I think I could not have asked for more from this. If you get it for Rs 599, just but it, don't think twice.Regular price is Rs 1290. As a write this review, it is available @ Rs 1000 (lightning deal). I think considering everything in my review Rs 800/900 is the appropriate price point for this headset. Beyond Rs 1000 the competition is stiff and there are other equally good products available on Amazon.

The search ends here... mind blowing sound.
These are my first lines. I am surprised by the negative remarks. I guess, the negative remarks are by sellers of other products. Or the people who don't know the real sound quality. They just creep like an uneducated ones..... I will update the details soon. These headphones leaves well behind the Audio Technica ATH SB too. People have not done enough research while putting there views. The bass is real bass which spreads eventually in your ears and it not just the thump. The speech and vocals are much much clearer. The Spain people rocks the world.

Amazing sound
Got it for 599. For the price -Pros -1. Without any equalizer, you'll get balanced sound output with slightly more than normal bass. 40mm drivers are probably the biggest you'll get at this price range.2. Tweak the equalizer and you'll get great sound for this price. The bass it can produce is amazing. This does not vibrate over the ears, but instead gives deep bass beats. Think of it like the difference between a bass tube and a sub woofer. This sounds like a sub woofer, not a bass tube. Maybe, it will change after some hours of burn-in.3. Build quality is very good for the price - soft touch plastic, metal surrounds and padded headband.4. Separate aux cable ensures the headphones can still be used if the cable snaps, yay!5. Looks pretty premium6. Has a mic, if that's what you're looking for.Cons -1. The ear cups are somewhere between the size of on-the-ear and over-the-ear headphone ear cups. I have small ears, so they are pretty comfortable for usages of ~1hour (it's kinda like over the ear for me :P). I Don't think this will be comfortable to use for many hours at a stretch.2. It leaks sound outside at higher volumes.3. Not sure about warranty and stuff but i'd be happy if this works for a year at least. Given the detachable cable, i think it will.I was using boat bassheads 900 before this and they were equally good too. It's cable got twisted near the mic and snapped, hence had to replace it. In terms of bass, i feel the boat had more bass effects, but it was more like the sound from a tube sub rather than a box sub woofer. In terms of comfort, i feel they are equal.Comfortable alternative -1. Motorola pulse max - very comfortable over the ear headphones but the bass is not this good.2. Sony XB450 - haven't tried these yet (probably my next buy), but i've heard they are comfortable and sound great.Bluetooth alternative -1. Boat rockerz 510 - It is awesome! enough said...2. JBL T450 - on the ear, but very comfortable ear cushions. Sound is great as expected.Tip (from a sony xb450 review on flipkart) - Install Audio beats app on your phone (android) - it has very good eq and comes with virtualization and bass boost options - they sound great. I'm never going back to my phone's music player :PEdit -Energy sistem - please improve the ear cups quality - please provide softer ear cushionsSo, i got the sony XB450 for office use and I have to say, it's probably the best headphones i've got. Amazing bass, comfort, looks, build, etc. It even comes with flat cable. If you have the budget of ~1.5k, go for it. For less than 1k, both the boat bassheads 900 and this DJ2 are good.. Really wish Energy Sistem gave softer ear cushions with this one!

DO NOT BUY THE RED COLOR
Though all 3 colors are priced the same, the red color headphones DO NOT have an inline mic. That aside, the headphones are very comfortable, can use for extended hours but sometimes gets warm inside. The sound is incredible and is EXTREMELY bass heavy. If you listen to EDM and your budget is around this price point, these headphones will do justice. There is not much cushioning on the head band but that's not an issue for me.The ear cups fold inwards which is nice so you can carry it along with you. But you don't get a case with it.Overall I'd say it's worth it but buy the black or the white pair, kinda misleading because the model numbers are same but the specs aren't the same for all colors.

Good quality headset
A super built and very dashing red colour headset. Having very good sound quality too. But bass is average. But soft music lovers can blindly go for it. But who is looking for Bluetooth headset they will be upset with the price. Mic is not working properly

The media could not be loaded.

Buen sonido a buen precio
Sonido de calidad, natural y agradable. Graves profundos y agudos claros.
