This item arrived in two cartons which was a great idea as the combined weight and dimensions of the final piece would have been too difficult for one person to grapple with and manage together. It was easily assembled and all pieces were clearly labeled and included except the four screws needed to attach the stove unit to the wooden case. The top serves as a good place for the television so that the whole focus of the room is on that item of furniture. The predrilled holes in the back of the upper shelf are great for accessing the cables needed to connect the various receiver box, and other accessories commonly used with a TV. Side shelving is a good place to store discs, books, or other treasures that you may want to rotate out to the upper surface or a side table throughout the year. It provides great heat and a realistic flame which is controlled by a front panel or a remote easily.

Shocked by Xbeauty's business practice and customer service inadequacies in creating double and triple blinds in providing a partial order of an electric fireplace delivery though fully knowing the other necessary TV stand component 'to be delivered as second package' was not in stock (Xbeauty kept product on Amazon web site as available for another day until I complained). 9 days of run around ended with even Amazon volunteering to help establish a claim request thru them for my full refund. SHAME Xbeauty. SHAME JAMFLY for an association with this third-party 'provider'.

Just what I was looking for
Very sturdy. I have a 55 in TV on it. It sits right to the edge so I anchored it to the back of the shelf. Note: put the door handles on BEFORE putting on the magnets. They shut tightly and you will damage/scrape up the door to get it to open if it closes accidentally before the nob is on securely. I love the fire place but the heater can be loud. I normally just use it for effect.

Very nice unit
The unit works very well and is easy to use. It takes a couple of hours to assemble. Follow the directions and it will turn out great.
