Doesn’t work very good

How effective with immediate results! Consider our puppy and her environment: LUCY is a rambunctious, high-energy half husky/half blue heeler puppy who has grown from 22 pounds to now a romping, stomping 35 pounds. Her world consists of a triangle shaped 7 acres, with dirt roads on the three perimeters. My job is to keep her loved and safe, thus the need for a training collar to alert her to stay within her boundaries. This collar is easy to use with its adjustable impact, easy charging, easy timing, comfort for LUCY, and surely durable for our girl, who loves to run, romping through the grass, the mud, the snow and chasing the old barn cats. So far, I've only used the vibration mode, with immediate results (LUCY bucks and runs to the porch, which is exactly what I want for her). I HIGHLY recommend this product, and I have done so to people I know.

This is the second TBI training collar I bought. I bought the first about 1-1/2 years ago, and it gave good service. I didn't test the effective range limit, but in my experience the unit was effective to at least 250 yards. The shock feature (which I rarely need to use use) failed after about 5 months, but the tone and vibration features continued to work for more than a year. I don't know if the unit finally died because the batteries wouldn't charge any more or because of a circuitry failure. In any event, for a small fraction of the cost of a "quality" name brand unit, this one turned out to be good value in my opinion for the features it had. When the new one arrived I noticed the little rubber plug that keeps water out of the collar unit was more robust than the old one. In other respects the units appeared identical. After about a month of use, everything on the new one is working fine. Just be sure to charge the batteries every 3 days or so to avoid the possibility of the collar not working at an inopportune time.

I bought this collar in 2019 for my dog. It has worked great and I have had no issues with it. However, just want to put a warning out there for dog owners that use shock collars. I have never had to use the shock component on my dog- only the beep and vibrate. The other day the collar started to beep rapidly. Before we realized where the beeping was coming from, it suddenly began to shock my dog continuously causing him to yelp over and over, while we struggled to get it off of him because he was so scared. No one was touching the remote- it was sitting on the table. The remote and collar were both charged fully so I honestly have no clue how this happened. He is okay but I felt so bad and will never put another shock collar on him.

I like it, the dog doesn't

My GSD wore this and went to drink water out of the lake, he came back and was whining and attempting to get the collar off a few minutes later, the water that got on/in the collar made it start short-circuiting and nonstop 100% max vibrating on his neck. We let it dry in the sun, it continued to vibrate rapidly until it dried. The company reached out to me after the incident and agreed to refund me the money even though it was past the return date and help in any way they could!

I highly recommend this collar! Works great & the 2,000 ft. range that it works within has held true. I have a very large dog, a bloodhound. He’s grown into it. The collars are great and are adjustable for dog’s growth from pup to large dog. I’ve yet to have to use the “shock” feature on it as the vibration & beep work great to get his attention. I bought this back in March when he was a pup. He’s grown a lot in a just few short months and the collar has been all he’s needed to keep his attention & to keep him in a close vicinity to my home. I did have an issue with the collar. I contacted customer support & they were amazing & sent out a replacement collar immediately. What more can one ask for than great working products & excellent customer support! Highly recommend purchasing.

I hardly ever used the electric shock/vibration features on this one but the sound feature worked very well. At first my dog got scared when he heard it and came to me and wouldn't leave my side, but afterwards he got so well trained (when I beep him he comes to me and I give him a treat) that he would stop the bad thing that he was doing and would come straight to me. The lights on the screen don't show up very well in the sunlight, and the electric part of the collar is very large but apart from that it is great. If your dog has a behavioral problem I highly recommend getting this.

Sorry, we have had dog collars and this one simply has not held up. Very disappointed!
