Quality crimper at a very reasonable price.
I have a different ratcheting crimper for everything else and could have bought plug wire crimping dies for it. The problem was they want $50.00 just for the pair of dies. I bought this tool for 1/2 that price! I used them for the first time this past weekend and it made the job quick and easy. Each crimp was rock solid. My plug wires were Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm wires and the crimper handled them perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend these crimpers!

Good set of crimpers
This is a nice set of crimpers. Used on 8.5mm spark plug wires. Only flaw is that I had to “start” the crimp with a needle nose set of pliers prior to inserting into these pliers. Other than that, they worked great on my double crimp terminals.

Good solid tool
I used these to make custom spark plug wires for my 68 chevelle. They worked great. Just get some old plug wires and practice a few times before you work on your actual vehicle if you have never used the crimper before. With a couple practice crimps, you can make custom wires with no problem.

Put a set of msd 8.5 mm streetfire wires in our old car and it did the job perfectly. Both stripping and crimping.
