3 PACK HOT BELLY REAL BACON GREASE SHELF STABLE

The ease of acquiring bacon grease without having to fry a large amount of actual bacon is something that is appreciated. A small amount of bacon grease adds a bit more umami to each hot casserole, eggs, potatoes, and protein. Good quality, large amount, and without it, it would take years to get this quantity of bacon drippings! Definitely worth the cost and Hot Belly is a really good company to purchase from.

I absolutely love this product. I have a Chocolate Lab that is a picky eater. I've heard that Labs are seldom picky eaters but my girl-dog named Jake was just that. The Vet said she probably has gender issues because I named her Jake. LOL! Her eating habits were really starting to concern me because sometimes she would go days without eating. I had heard that dogs love bacon, so I fried some up and drizzled some of the grease in her bowl. Now she starts whining about 30 minutes before her designated chow time and won't leave my side until she gets her feast. Frying bacon every couple of days wasn't sustainable, so that's when I found this amazing substitute for the real thing. It's the real thing, but I don't have to fry it!. I microwave about a teaspoon and stir it into her food and now she won't even come up for air until she finishes her bowl. I'm so grateful for finding this product on Amazon. Yay! I just ordered my second helping of bacon grease (the first 3 containers lasted about a month) and couldn't be happier. Thank you! PK

When I received the 3 pack, one of the containers was cracked and leaked into the packaging and had to be thrown away. The product is outstanding and would order it again but I was really disappointed.

This is our second time using this product and my wife dearly loves it! She no longer has to fry 2-3 pounds of bacon just for the grease she uses for many recipes she makes. Being from Louisiana she uses a lot of bacon grease. After opening she plops it in the fridge until next time. When she uses it smells like bacon and tastes like bacon in her green beans, purple hull peas, many of her pasta dishes and she even uses in her gumbo and jambalaya, etc. I don’t think she will ever be without it again!!!

Having cooked with Bacon Grease all of my life I was doubtful about a pre-packaged version of this. But since I don't cook as much bacon as I used to decided to try it. WOW! Had I not known that I took this out of a package I would swear that it was fresh from the frying pan home made Bacon grease. You get all of the flavor, but none of the burnt pieces or anything like that. Just pure clean product. Checked the ingredients on the jar and only has 4 ingredients. 2 of them being preservatives others are by products of bacon, so this is as natural as you can get. Product was actually delivered ahead of schedule and I received a hand-written thank you note in the package. Class act. I will definitely be ordering this again in the future!!

After a misshap in shipping I ended up with 2 broken containers, 2 days before Christmas. Contacted the seller, and revieved a response within an hour, and had a tracking number for a replacement order, 2 day shipping free of charge. The item arrived Christmas eve, just in time to put under the tree with a bow. Customer service is absolutely fabulous. The grease itself, smelled amazing, and tasted as good as it smelled. Tried it out to fry some potatoes. I'm absolutely in love with this product, and I'm constantly finding ways to sneak it in my cooking!

I like to cook my breakfast in real bacon grease. Was hoping for a substitute for when I'm low on bacon. This is a very disappointing substitute. Seems like imitation bacon flavoring mixed too lightly in lard to be convincing. Also, it was sticky. My food stuck badly to the pan surface.
