food rings 2 set heart

Ok I’m giving 5 stars across the board solely based on this company’s customer service. Long story short as possible: my daughter originally wanted these to make fluffy Japanese pancakes. They did not work for her, but I wasn’t home, I’m not sure if there’s some trick to it she didn’t know, we will try again. But it just occurred to me, maybe if we dip the ring in the batter, set it on the griddle, let it cook for a few seconds then fill it with batter.... But before that even, I made a mistake and thought I had the wrong product so I requested an exchange. My daughters discovered that I was wrong so I tried to email the company to cancel the exchange but here it is only 2 days later, I received another set so either they shipped it in that two hour time frame or didn’t get the message. Maybe I’m easily impressed, but that was amazing to me lol But I’m going to return it because we just don’t need that many. Otherwise they seem to be good quality and even if they don’t work for the pancakes, I see a lot of sliders in our future, and both my girls like to bake so I’m betting we can find a lot of good uses for these. My youngest also said she’d like heart shaped ones so I’m already thinking of ordering them for her for Christmas. Definitely recommend this company and I’ll update if we make the fluffy pancakes work.

They seem to be made of solid and strong material but not even one of the rings is perfectly round. They're all just slightly wonky with gaps at the edge.

These forming rings are very sturdy and perfectly round. You would have to put a lot of pressure on them to purposely misshapen them. I love the box that they come in. Strong packaging consists of a pretty box with dividers to protect each ring and its pusher. The edges are sharp enough to cut out a biscuit, but not so sharp as to cut you. I will be using these for cold deserts and chopped salads, as well as for compressing food into patties so I can put them in the refrigerator, let them set up, then fry. Another poster mentioned using these for making crab cakes. Yum! They are so much better than the tin biscuit cutters I have had in the past that would get so bent out of shape. Very fast shipping!

I ordered this set of food molds to help me elevate my foot plating. They worked as described and were some to use. They washed well and I would absolutely recommend.

I use mine almost exclusively to make hamburger patties. Multiple burgers cook so much better when they’re the same size and thickness. These work very well in this capacity and are cop very easy to clean. The loop handle on the press is somewhat flimsy so you can’t use it to press down very hard.

I use this product quite a bit I like to make square hamburgers chop meat when I buy it in bulk and then freeze the square burgers.

The molds are thinner than others I bought but are sturdily made and functional. The top press is convenient for layered food. I use them primarily to make Japanese pancakes which I adore. Good product - no complaints.
