Good kids starter camera
A Birthday gift for my son's 8th. He loves taking videos and pictures with it. Underwater seems to work well so far with no issues. Works even after a few tumbles to the ground. Viewing pictures/videos on the camera itself is hard to see and runs down the battery VERY fast so we recommend just downloading them to view. Also recommend getting a SD card to hold more

Prepare to be disappointed
I was looking for an inexpensive, digital, waterproof camera for my 9-yr-old grandson's birthday (after he dropped my $150 digital into a river). This looked perfect, and he used it for the first time last night. I consider myself to be quite proficient with digital cameras, but this one drives me crazy. The control buttons on the back are metal imprinted with characters that I have trouble reading even in very good light and with glasses. The batteries lasted for about 30 minutes and are a super pain to replace because of the special seal that makes it waterproof. The "trash" button sticks. And the quality of the pictures are awful. This is most definitely not a camera that a child can use without assistance.Unfortunately, I bought it several months ago when I had a gift certificate, and the return window has closed, or it would be out of here.I'll be searching for a better camera for him.

Not waterproof!!
Bought this for my daughter on Christmas specifically because it said water proof...she went swimming for the first time yesterday excited to use it and the screen turns blue!! Very disappointed.

design for the batteries is poor.
I bought this for my daughter at Christmas. She used it a couple of times during a trip.it worked well. The bad when the batteries died there is a cheap piece of plastic that supports the contact it broke the first time we changed the batteries out. Now the camera doesn't work.

I should have spent more money.
This is a low end camera so you get what you pay for. It does take batteries of which drain super fast. I wouldn't buy this again for that reason alone.

iShare Digital Kids Camera
Gave this as a gift to my niece, takes pretty decent pics. Default set at 5mp...up to 21mp, 8x zoom. Is waterproof and supports 32GB TF Card.

Not worth the money
I got two of these as gifts for my budding photographer children. Sure its water and shock proof but it eats batteries after only taking 4 or 5 pictures! And its zoom is a joke, when you zoom in even a little the picture quality goes down the toilet. 21 megapixels my ascot....

Great camera!
Such a great camera for kids. It’s isnt too “kiddy” for children past that stage and it really feels like an adult digital camera.
