I'm glad I waited a while before reviewing this. When it arrived it looked fabulous, and had that delightful new leather smell. Several friends and colleagues complimented it and I was generally very pleased. However, after three or four weeks, the stitching holding the two parts of the shoulder strap began to give out. I contacted the supplier who promised to send a replacement strap. That was three months ago now and it's yet to arrive. My local shoe repair shop repaired it for me for £3 and that's held so I'm still using the bag and I still like it, although some of the other stitching is starting to go too. I think it's pretty good for the £27 it cost (I had looked at other bags at three times the price), but it's not a high quality item.
