Long term Investment . Teflon free Pan
Good quality and built. Aesthetics. Becomes close to non stick if preheated. Check water bubble test. Then add oil. Demo available in YouTube. Though costly , worth buying if teflon non stick pan worries you. Handle heat free . Lid ok.

Top notch stainless steel pan when used properly
This is a top notch stainless steel pan that I have been using daily for a month now.I have used for searing meats like Chicken and fish and also made dishes like Chicken kheema. The pan works brilliantly and food doesn’t stick.Where it really shines is the sear you get on meats, that is something that you can’t get in non stick pans. I now use my non stick pans for making omlettes only.This pan will be a huge asset in the kitchen as long as you know how to properly heat it. You need to google “water beads test” . Once the pan is properly heated, then you pour in oil and cook. The food will turn out to be non stick. What little sticks is easy to clean as well.Also, never ever use the pan on high heat. It will burn the oil or food and cleaning it would be a mess. Stainless steel works just fine on a low flame.

Its a sturdy thick pan
I bought it for making crispy style sabji and it works perfectly for that. Both the tava and the lid are quite heavy so picking it with one hand is a bit of a challenge.Pros:The handle on the lid doesn't heat up while cookingFoos doesn't burn easilyFeels sturdy and durableCons:The handle design is a bit clunky , takes more space in storage
